I had everyone take one strip (four photos) in the photobooth, scanned them all in, and made a grid of the neutral faces in Photoshop. I used this as a background, then over it I layered the other faces with glasses, and used the Animation panel to select which layers would show for each frame of animation.

I ended up with 70 frames total, so it’s quite a large .gif file.
