Lets throw stuff at Ellen
As part of the internship program at NPR this summer we could choose to be involved in producing an epic multimedia piece comprised of several stories, called Intern Edition. Our theme was 3D, so I helped out by making the 3D graphics and the stop-motion transitions between stories. We had these awesome paper cubes that the design/communications team made, so a small group of us stayed at NPR past our bedtime to shoot various stop-motion scenarios with the cubes.
The final product is online here, but my favorite stand-alone photos are ones we took just for fun where our lovely and talented multimedia editor Ellen Webber let us throw these things at her head. These ended up in the final credits of the premier piece, as did some really weird shit we stuck in at the end that was inspired by 2am sleep deprivation.
